A new original song entitled “A Place That Will Bring You Praise” will be used during the Annual Meeting 2017 program. Two English videos will be posted at JW Broadcasting website on September 28, 2017 (Thursday). That’s a video showing a chorus singing the new original song and another one that will display the lyrics for “A Place That Will Bring You Praise” with chorus vocals.
For those who wants to play it with instruments, there will be a music sheet that will be posted on JW.org website.Â

Still remember last year’s Annual Meeting? That was a beautiful meeting full of encouragements for all of us. And if you want to review the whole event, it is on JW Broadcasting (TV.JW.org). The meeting was divided into three parts:

During that event, the 2017 yeartext was announced and a new songbook was released. So how about for this year?
It was announced that the 2017 Annual Meeting of Jehovah’s Witnesses will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017. On the same day, a dedication program for the new world headquarters in Warwick and for the Wallkill expansion will also be held, thus making it a special event. This whole program was expected to last approximately three and a half hours.
All the Assembly Halls and Kingdom Halls (in U.S.) that has the needed equipment for video streaming are invited to attend either the live broadcast or a rebroadcast of the program during the weekend of October 7 and 8, respectively. So what do we expect to be discussed and released? Here’s our speculations:
- Experiences and encouragements for our brothers in Russia
- Updates on other major construction projects
- New video about the organization and it’s activities
- Deluxe edition of New World Translation (2013 Revision)
- More available languages of the New World Translation (2013 Revision)
- New or upcoming features for the JW Library, JW Sign Language and JW Language App
- New manual book for “Apply Yourself to the Field Ministry”
- New Governing Body member
- New “Ezekiel” book
- Revised “Revelation” book
- Revised “Insight on the Scripture” book
- Old and new testament prophecy updates; New lights and understanding
