The three-judge panel rejected all arguments filed by the Witnesses\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 attorneys and rendered its decision after a 10-minute recess. The decision upholds the October\u00c2\u00a012,\u00c2\u00a02016, Tverskoy District Court decision that ruled in favor of the Prosecutor General\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Office. The warning, dated March\u00c2\u00a02,\u00c2\u00a02016, is now enforceable.
